Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling. By taking admission at Radiance Coaching Classes, the student and parent/guardian agree to the policies below, including conduct, attendance, fee payment, refund conditions, and the use of academic credentials for verification and record maintenance.

General Terms

  1. You are seeking admission in your own interest and accord.
  2. Admission is granted based on the Institute’s criteria and availability of seats. Submission of accurate personal and academic details is mandatory. The Institute reserves the right to cancel admission if any information is found incorrect.
  3. You shall be fully responsible for any accident or mishappening occurring with you or by you outside the Institute’s premises, and the Institute will not be responsible in any manner.
  4. The student shall be solely responsible for rustication on grounds of misconduct, misuse of mobile phones, misuse of the internet, or any illegal or indecent activity. In such cases, the student shall not be entitled to any refund of fees under any circumstances.
  5. The student agrees to mandatorily provide the Application Number, Roll Number, User ID and Password of JEE, NEET, or any other competitive examination to the Institute for result verification, scholarship validation, and academic record maintenance. By submitting these credentials, the student authorizes the Institute to access, verify, download, and maintain the examination result and related details. The student further grants permission to the Institute to use, publish, print, display or share the student’s result, rank, or achievement on the Institute’s website, mobile application, social media platforms, promotional materials, or official communications.
  6. Failure or refusal to provide the required credentials or result details may result in suspension of academic services, cancellation of scholarship/concession, and recovery of the differential fee amount as per the full fee structure, and the decision of the Institute in this regard shall be final and binding upon the student and the parent/guardian.
  7. In case of your selection for Medical / Engineering Entrance Exams / NTSE & Olympiads, the Institute reserves the right to use your name, photo, and other information for publicity purposes in print and electronic media.
  8. RADIANCE – BRIGHTER PATH TO SUCCESS has the right to declare your competitive exam result on all websites, social media, and other official platforms.
  9. You solemnly affirm that the Institute has the right to send you emails, SMS alerts, WhatsApp messages (text, images, video, documents), and posts on the mentioned communication details.
  10. You have read all the instructions of the Information Bulletin / available online and agree to follow the instructions as applicable.
  11. In respect to refund, the Institute shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by the student or parent is credited into the Bank Account of the Institute. If credited into the account, the refund policy will be applicable as per Institute norms.
  12. Each student will be issued an ID card; students have to carry the ID card daily.
  13. If any student is absent for more than 15 continuous days without prior written application, he/she will be deemed expelled from the Institute. No separate information will be sent to parents, and no fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
  14. Any change in address should be notified to the office without delay.
  15. The Institute will assist in providing a conveyance facility; however, liability or responsibility will be that of students/parents.
  16. Students getting a scholarship of more than or equal to 75% will be charged an amount seperately (non-refundable) for the kit apart from the fee.
  17. Once you have enrolled, you cannot change or cancel your enrolled package. After making the complete payment and enrolment, it will be considered final and there will be no change or modifications, and neither will there be any refund.
  18. All disputes are subject to Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) jurisdiction only.
  19. Your admission is for the year-long program for the ongoing academic year only.
  20. Fees must be paid in full or in agreed installments within the specified deadlines. Late payments may attract penalties or suspension from classes.
  21. The Institute reserves the right to change batch timings, faculty, or classroom as needed. Such changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
